Online dispute resolution

Besides standard legal recourse through the courts, the European Commission alternatively provides for dispute mediation, resolution and settlement out of court, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, through its online platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our main e-mail address is info@bit-gmbh.de. However, in direct reference to Section 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG or Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz), we hereby point out that we are in no way obligated to settle a dispute in such out-of-court proceedings.
